UPDATED RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Refund & Return Policy – AME Customs
At AME Customs, all items are custom made to order. Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final.
Please review the following policy carefully before placing your order.
Custom Orders
All custom apparel, DTF transfers, patches, gang sheets, and specialty prints are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has begun. By approving your design or mockup, you are confirming that all details (including spelling, sizing, placement, and colors) are correct.
Color Variations
Please note that colors may vary slightly due to:
- Monitor and screen display differences
- Printer calibration and ICC profiles
- Ink and material variations
Color differences between print shops are normal and do not qualify as defects or grounds for refunds.
Order Approval
Once a mockup or file is approved by the customer, AME Customs is not responsible for errors that were approved prior to printing.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is physically damaged or has a clear production defect, you must contact us within 72 hours of pickup or delivery with photo proof. Approved issues will be eligible for a reprint at our discretion.
Refunds
Refunds are not issued for:
- Color preference differences
- Change of mind
- Orders printed exactly as approved
- Orders printed elsewhere for comparison
In rare cases where a partial refund is granted, it is issued solely as a courtesy and does not indicate fault.
